Testimonial:

I read with interest your* article on Palma Christi Castor Oil for the eyes and I would like to tell you of my experience here.

About 12 years ago I began to get lots of irritation in my eyes which felt like I had sand in them. My eyes were red, they burned and they teared often. I left the problem alone in hopes that it would return the favor but this was not to happen. After some months I developed 4 cysts in one eye lid and 3 cysts in the other. My doctor wanted to perform surgery to remove the cysts but the prospect was certainly not an appealing one. I began a castor oil regimen. I placed heated (cold pressed) castor oil packs (wool flannel) on my eyes for half an hour in the morning and for half an hour before bed in the evening. I also put one drop of castor oil in each eye before I went to sleep for the night. I did this for 4 days on followed by 3 days off each week. Within 2 weeks the irritation began to subside and in a month it was gone. In about 6 to 7 months the cysts were completely dissolved and have never returned.

Our research indicates that extended, deep applications of castor oil (castor oil pack) have brought not only relief but healing to the patient.

For Bone Spurs

- Soak feet in warm castor oil each night for thirty minutes, The relief can be immediate and continue to increase each night. After 1-2 weeks the condition should be resolved.

- Also, daily use of a castor oil packs has been shown to dissolve arthritic spurs.

- Another recommendation (evening treatment is most practical):

Combine:
1 litre water, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar* (unpasteurized), 1/4 cup sea salt (others have sugar etc. as ingredients)

Heat to warm. Soak foot 45-60 minutes, dry thoroughly then massage foot with Palma Christi castor oil and cover with white sock. Repeat 3 days in succession. Wait 7-10 days and repeat as needed.

*The vinegar changes the blood pH so that the crystals, formed in an acid environment, will go into solution and be excreted.

The applications of castor oil also include lactation.

Rubbing castor oil onto the nipples and gently massaging for fifteen minutes will stimulate the mammary glands and help a breastfeeding mother lactate.

Nursing mothers can apply castor oil to the breasts to increase milk secretion and relieve milk stagnation in the mammary glands.

Wash the area with warm water before letting the infant breastfeed.

Castor Oil Cleansing

Castor oil works like fiber in the food. Drinking castor oil early in the morning induces the gall bladder to pour the bile into the stomach. (Early morning bile flow is heavier than at any other time) and also the stomach and intestines are empty to be cleaned. When hot water is sipped it causes mucus to be secreted which forces movement of bile and castor oil mixture to move down to the intestine. Bile and oil forms detergent (SOAP). A cleaning detergent is basically oil that is bonded to salt. Here castor oil forms a chemical complex with bile salts and forms a cleansing detergent. Sipping water makes a typical "HOT WASH". This really cleans the stomach and intestines and also gets rid of the toxins that come through the bile. Thus this is a powerful way of detoxification. Thanks to Ayurvedic masters who have understood the detoxification process and the physiology of the body so perfectly.
